Our designers will visualise luxury optical CGI schemes for our clients. This helps with seeing the full effect of adding a wellness steam and sauna area to a proposed architectural design space. Often we will receive an indictive client plan that we will enhance with our technical and visual know how, to create a stunning area that adds value to your home.

Our steam rooms can double up as a normal shower too and are often included near home gyms or pool complex areas. So whilst steam is invigorating and will give you a wet heat, it is often complimented by a sauna area. This could be a traditional Nordic sauna or an Infrared sauna that will give a dry heat; both steam and sauna are great for detoxing and have health and respiratory benefits.

An innovative lighting design can often bring an area to life. Our designers will look at your lighting and make designed suggestions for fibre optic lighting, in line plaster lighting and perimeter lighting . The electrical requirement can be single phase or three phase and our technical team would work out a full M&E ( mechanical and electrical ) overlay for your build team to follow.
