Our steam rooms can double up as a normal shower too and are often included near home gyms or pool complex areas. So whilst steam is invigorating and will give you a wet heat, it is often complimented by a sauna area. This could be a traditional Nordic sauna or an Infrared sauna that will give a dry heat; both steam and sauna are great for detoxing and have health and respiratory benefits.

Our designers will look at your lighting and make designed suggestions for fibre optic lighting, in line plaster lighting and perimeter lighting .
