Concept produce highly creative photorealistic CGI bathroom visuals and then once a project is ordered “Technical Setting Out Working Plans”, fully supporting your build team and any architectural design freeze.

By being appointed at a preliminary stage our experts are able to optimise and visualise every area in high detail. We technically understand, live and breathe bathroom products and we have a highly creative vision. Our team will make early adjustments to indictive architectural layouts or existing house plans, such as room sizes, internal wall and doorway positions, plumbing and waste locations including soil and drainage design.

This includes all M&E awareness, innovative lighting design, latest finishes and setting out. Our team will also technically review all sanitary ware, joinery options and brassware compatibility including flow rates and waste runs.
