Concept’s inspirational bathroom design team work with private client new builds and developers at a preliminary architectural stage, whilst the project draft plans are being formed. Working with indictive space plans and with our technical expert product know how, our team can make sure that bathroom areas are fully visualised creatively. Our team will optimise wall sizing, wall positions, window positions, room usage, room door positions and drainage at a pre-build stage.

We find that it is not until signature bathrooms are fully visualised, that the pulse of the project on the first floor starts to form. Visuals at an early stage really help with informed decisions on private client new builds prior to a projects Design Freeze stage.

Matching our clients expectations, our creative design team will creatively think through the best use of space in relation to actual product and finishes. To bring a high visual eye to how it all integrates and flows together timelessly. At the same time we also understand a new build house’s M&E ( mechanical and electrical requirements ) / sustainability. We will also think through the use and positioning of coffer ceilings, room door heights, shower door heights, niche heights together with soil and drainage positions and MVHR ducting.

Our design experts will create bathroom lighting and small power schemes showing visual inspiration. Also larger tile size layouts with less grout joints, latest colour coordination options and optimal plumbing setting out, all at an early stage.
