- The Technical Challenge: Real marble slabs of this scale are immense. Achieving a perfect “mirror” grain requires an Experienced Eye during the sourcing phase and surgical precision during the dry-lay and fitting.

The “Smart Sanctuary”: TOTO and Dornbracht Integration
Even a decade ago, we were specifying the future. This project features TOTO Washlets and Dornbracht brassware with crystal-head detailing – elements that are now staples of the “Smart Wellness” movement.
- M&E Foresight: Integrating a TOTO Washlet into a marble wall requires hidden power and water-feed schematics that must be decided during the architectural shell stage. Because we provided the technical drawing packs early, these high-tech fixtures were seamlessly “designed-in,” not “bolted-on.”
